Cranberry Liqueur - Week 3

I missed posting after Week 2, but nothing too exciting happened in relation to the Liqueur.

It was my wife's birthday so we had her cousin in town. Friday night I did my Week 2 stir and placed back in the pantry for 8 weeks. Last night was the end of Week 1 of 8. 7 more weeks, I will strain, bottle, and age for 3 month. I won't be posting again about the Cranberry Liqueur until my 8 weeks are up and I get ready to strain and age further.
